The brief
An urban infill scheme in Hackney – contemporary units on a tight site – needed contextual CGI showing how the dark-cladding design sits against its established streetscape, the exact question a planning committee asks.
What we delivered
We modelled the scheme and its immediate context, paying particular attention to boundary treatments, landscaping and the material contrast that defines the design. The camera set prioritised the street-level views planners actually assess.
